Donald Clark
Mr. Clark is the President and a Director of Micron Industries Corporation
(located in Elmhurst, Illinois) and has served in these capacities since
1982. Micron Industries is a manufacturer of electrical transformers
and power supplies, primarily sold throughout the United States and Canada.
Micron is well known for its innovative product lines, and is a major
supplier to original equipment manufacturers.
Prior to becoming President of Micron Industries, Mr. Clark held various
officer positions with C.F. Industries, a Fortune 500 manufacturer of
chemical fertilizers, including V.P., Finance and Administration of an
affiliated company, V.P. Corporate Planning, and Treasurer. Before his
association with C.F. Industries, Mr. Clark was with Arthur Andersen & Company.
Mr. Clark received his degree in accounting from the University of Colorado
and is a CPA.
Mr. Clark also serves on the Boards of Directors of Illinois Manufacturer’s
Association, and the Executives Breakfast Club of Oak Brook.
Mr. Clark and his wife, Carol, have been members of Christ Church of
Oak Brook, Oak Brook, Illinois, since 1972. Currently, Mr. Clark serves
on the Board of Elders and the Board of Trustees. He also served as Chairman
of the Missions Leadership Team for nine years. They have three children,
all married, and ten grandchildren.
