ECM is commited to providing training for local pastoral and lay leaders which fosters the development of both spirtual growth and secular skills. This training provides a foundation for the ongoing growth of each congregation -- helping to ensure the long term success of the membership -- in their homes, churches and communities.

The ministry provides this training in workshops held 8 -12 times per year throughout the country. Support materials are sent each month to each of the church leadership. In addition, short term missions provide vital additional training in for spiritual formation as well as secular training in organizational skills, effective management by objective and interpersonal skills -- each based on living in Christ-likeness.
